Foremost Security a corporate security company based in Nottingham has an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join their fast growing company.
To generate leads using existing databases as well as creating new ones. The role will primarily be creating and attending appointments to develop new business to the company. It is ideally suited to someone on their 2nd or 3rd sales roles as working on your own initiative is a must.
Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Director this role is a key position within Foremost Security ambitious growth forecasts. This is a varied role with scope to develop with experience.
- You must have held a full driving licence for over 12 months and be over 21 years of age for use of company vehicles.
- Minimum 2 years previous sales experience is a must.
- You must have good written and verbal skills as there will be regular email, telephone and face to face communication with potential clients.
- The ability to think on your feet, seek out opportunities and grow your own network is desirable.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building new relationships, they will need to identify potential clients with business services to meet key set targets. The candidate will be commercially minded, motivated with strong communication skills.
This is a permanent and full time role, working 35 hours per week, mon – Fri 9am – 5pm with an hours lunch. The salary on offer is a basic remuneration of £19K pa plus realistic on target earnings to achieve £24K pa (uncapped).
