Foremost Case Study – Red Monkey

Posted by:

red monkey logoOperating from its workshop in Leicestershire, Red Monkey manufactures bespoke playground equipment for schools and nurseries, as well as working with councils and local authorities, parks, and other organisations.

Red Monkey takes great pride in each product that they make and the brand itself. Keyholding from Foremost Security means that they whole team can be assured that if something was to happen to their creations, a SIA approved security guard will be on site within minutes.

In May 2017, Red Monkey was looking for an external keyholding service to protect their equipment. Nick Wright, Red Monkey’s facilities manager was encouraged to approach Foremost Security by one of his contacts, and has been very impressed with the work that we’ve done.

After careful consideration, Nick found the Foremost team to be efficient in explaining the different solutions available to him and Red Monkey. It was important to provide Nick with all of the information that he needed, which we were only too happy to help with.

“I have been very pleased with the service that Foremost Security has provided,” Nick explains. “They have delivered on their promises every time, keeping me informed at all times, and the team is both friendly and efficient in their approach to our needs.”

Our Business Development Manager, Matt, has been a constant figure in our work with Red Monkey. He was involved in advising Nick at each step along the process, always on hand to resolve any questions that he had.

“Getting to know Nick and what Red Monkey needed was a great experience,” Matt explains. “After meeting with Nick, it was also clear how much pride Red Monkey has for the products they make, so we did everything we could to assure them they would be safe even if the team wasn’t on site.”

Red Monkey now uses our keyholding and alarm response system to protect its bespoke play equipment. Find out more about how keyholding can ensure your premises stay protected.
