Nottinghamshire-based security firm, Foremost Security, has been enjoying a particularly successful period and is hoping for more to come in 2018.
In recent years, Foremost’s security services have been in high demand. The company now has 450 customers using its key holding/alarm response service, compared to 130, four years ago, with the hope that this figure will reach 1000 over the next three years. In addition, Foremost has been busy adding to its team of security guards – currently, the organisation has over 126 security guards, an increase from 56 in 2014.
In line with the further expansion into the East Midlands, Foremost are continuing to grow in Leicester. With over 45 of their clients currently in the Leicester area, Foremost have set ambitious targets to hit over 200 by the end of the year.
Having enjoyed great success in Nottinghamshire, Managing Director, Paul Ritchie, has been providing mentoring at the Nottingham Business School at Nottingham Trent University, and hopes to continue building on the success Foremost is already having in the city.
“This growth that we’re going through at Foremost is simply outstanding,” Paul explained. “We’ve had so many highlights, such as increasing our key holding, night patrol, and security guard services, and we’re looking forward to having more success in Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, and surrounding areas.”
In line with its ambitious growth plans, two of the company’s most dedicated and experienced members of staff have gained promotions, reflecting their 25 years of service to Foremost.
Matt Prince, who joined Foremost in 2013, brings with him over 10 years’ experience in business development and is now the new Sales & Marketing Director. James Vincent, who has been with the organisation since 1998, is now proud to be Foremost’s new Operations & Accounts Director. These promotions are a true testament to the growth that Foremost has been experiencing.
“I’ve been with Foremost for some time now and it’s great to be a part of such an exciting period in its history,” Matt said. “Being promoted to the Sales & Marketing Director role was a really proud moment for me and I’m really looking forward to seeing what awaits us over the next few years.”
“I’m delighted to have been promoted to Operations & Accounts Director,” James added. “And I’m really keen to continue the incredible growth we’ve been experiencing in recent years. Everyone here at Foremost is part of a great team – here’s to more success to come!”
