Confetti Media are a specialist creative industry, education and training centre based in Nottingham.
John Allcoat, the Estates Manager at Confetti, has been with the company for 13 years. Unfortunately, after their previous security provider failed to meet their duties, it fell upon John to respond to any alarm activations and call outs.
John was responding between 2 and 10 callouts a month – a frustration for any employee, and not a job that can be taken lightly.

Confetti Media first started working with our ‘Security Guarding’ service at another one of their sites, where a guard operates on site from 7:00AM – 8:00PM. After the issues that Confetti were encountering with alarm response, they then decided to employ us to also work as their keyholding and response team.
Confetti encountered an issue over the Christmas period with a flood on one of their sites. Luckily, our team who was on a routine patrol spotted the problem and attended to the situation. He was able to stay on site for three and a half hours and was there to greet the plumber when he turned up.
